These terms explain the basic rules for using the Yakkuwa website and starting a relationship with Yakkuwa products such as Dutte Business OS.

Trials, demos, and subscriptions
Public pricing buttons may send visitors to Dutte onboarding. Plan availability, trials, billing intervals, and subscription activation are handled inside the Dutte product flow or through Yakkuwa sales for enterprise customers.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, submit harmful content, or use Yakkuwa materials in a way that misrepresents the company or its products.
Intellectual property
Yakkuwa names, logos, product names, page content, product concepts, and visual assets belong to Yakkuwa or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, or remove website content over time. We aim to keep information accurate, but product details and availability may change as Yakkuwa products evolve.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise customers may be governed by separate written agreements, order forms, service terms, data terms, or onboarding terms agreed with Yakkuwa.
